Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. Some parts have to be ordered out of Germany, which can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at our dealer before shipping out. If that is the case, we will contact you directly for confirmation.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to any expedited shipping methods.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer, if you have any reservations or restrictions on which carrier you would like, please contact us directly so that we can update your account notes for future orders.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the event that a part is on backorder or discontinued, we will contact you for confirmation and any other options you may have.

*The free shipping promotion applies to all orders under 30 pounds and/or 30 inches (including the box the order must ship in), and includes standard shipping to the contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico).

Once your order is received, please check all items for correct fitment or damages. If there are any issues, please contact us with photos as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging  for up to 30 days in case there is a need for a return. When returning items, please do not write on official Porsche part boxes and please do not place any labels over the Porsche part labels. 

Please return cores in the original Porsche box with the yellow "exchange" sticker. Core return item must be free of cracks or damages in order to receive the core refund. 

We are unable to ship out hazmat status parts, windshield glass, rear glass, or lightweight glass.
